The Epsilon Gamma Chapter of Beta Theta Pi is dedicated to building men of principle for a principled life. Our brotherhood aids the individual, builds the fraternity and strengthens Central Michigan University through lifelong devotion to intellectual excellence, high standards of moral conduct and responsible citizenship.
Chapter alumni through a special ongoing Capital Fundraising Initiative have established more than a dozen annual scholarship funds. Scholarships will be awarded based on academic achievement, chapter service/leadership, campus/community involvement and the quality of this application.
To qualify for a scholarship, you must have been an active member for Spring Semester 2010 (Internships are OK) and have at least a 2.8 GPA. You must also be current with your dues payments to the chapter.
Your academic history MUST BE SENT IN to complete this application. Screen captures or a copy/paste of an on-line transcript will be accepted. Send transcripts via e-mail to eghc.scholarship@epsilongamma.org. Letters of recommendation are not necessary and will not be considered. Entries will be judged on both style and content. The scholarship committee will look for a presentation of ideas that is clear, articulate, and logically organized.
Entries must be the sole work of the entrant. Falsifying transcripts for applications will result in disqualification and a referral to Kai Committee. Please be advised that submitting this application is in no way a guarantee that a scholarship will be awarded. Late or incomplete applications will NOT be considered.
