Initiation Incentive and Financial Assistance Plan

Becoming a Beta can present certain financial challenges for some individuals; however, no qualified young man should be denied the opportunity of membership because of those financial constraints. That's why the Epsilon Gamma Housing Corporation through the support of alumni donors has developed the Initiation Incentive Program.

Utilizing the defining elements of Cultivation of the Intellect, Recruitment and Leadership, the plan offers up to 100% reimbursement of the $225 initiation fee.

For example, if a pledge earns a 4.0, introduces five non-Greek men to the Chapter and holds an officer position within the pledge class or in another campus organization during his pledging semester, the EGHC will reimburse his entire $225 initiation fee.

Defining Elements:
1. Cultivation of the Intellect - Pledge semester GPA.
2. Recruitment - The number of non-Greek men a pledge introduces to Beta during the 8 week pledge period. (One to Five)
3. Leadership - Holding a leadership position (officer) within the pledge class or another campus organization. (Yes or No)
